I have been working with Ritz for five months, Started out with personal training then he started helping me with Nutrition and proper weight loss. I check in two times a week with my weight, ( I can contact any time with questions, He always gets right back to me) Ritz is always there to help with questions. With his guidance I have lost the weight I was looking to drop and never do I feel hungry or to tired to go on. I usually feel to full to eat what I am supposed to eat to keep my numbers up, I feel safe and healthy working with Ritz. also years younger.
I've trained with Ritz for the past year and he's the best trainer I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I started training off and on at 17 so I train for motivation and accountability. At least I thought I did... I'm 32 now and no one has ever corrected my form until day one with Ritz. No more knee pain when I squat!! I'm stronger and more importantly, better equipped to have a productive and safe workout! Everyone already knows nutrition is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle and Ritz is super knowledgeable. Ritz is awesome! I trained with him doing sessions for about 6 months before deciding to train on my own, but with one of his programs. I love it; I like having the structure, because I need it and it keeps me organized when I know exactly what I'm doing when I work out. Plus the accountability aspect of checking in and sending everything to him is super helpful because I'm lazy . It's the perfect in between training in person and having a remote program. I'm very happy with it! Plus he's super knowledgeable and professional- listened to exactly what my goals were and tailored his in-person sessions and my program to those goals. He knows his stuff; would definitely refer him to anyone looking into working with a trainer at any level.
It’s been just over a year since starting my fitness work with Nutri-Fit. I initially signed up after injuring my back, realizing I needed to get serious about my overall health. Ritz has grounded me, in learning the basics (AKA, a foundation to grow from), and he created workouts and a nutrition plan that has made a huge impact in my everyday life. I’m stronger, smarter, and know I have a supporter that keeps me moving toward my goals.
Before meeting with a trainer, I used to strain myself at the gym due to improper form. This often left me sore for the next 48 to 72 hours, and I did not feel like i was getting stronger. Ever since I started working with Ritz, My form has improved. I am noticing that I am getting stronger. As a result the pain is from the gains, not the strains
Ritz is knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I feel stronger every visit. The gym is tops, very clean and well outfitted for all levels, in my opinion.
Ritz is an awesome coach! I had been looking for a workout that could keep me motivated and someone who could teach me how to reach my goals. This was exactly what I needed. Ritz holds me accountable for my workouts and even nutrition. I can ask him questions about workouts and my diet and he always has a thorough explanation of why we do everything and what I need. And as my goals change, he changes my plan too. He is accommodating, honest, and realistic. I have gone from just wanting to feel better during my day to day, to wanting to look AND feel better for the rest of my life. I've never felt more motivated in my life. With Ritz's knowledge and support, I feel like I can actually reach my goals! On top of all that, he's just a really cool guy.
The best way I can describe Ritz's training would be Hard Core. He created training and a routine, which he developed specifically for my goals and needs. He took the time to explain the benifits of each exercise and worked with me to achieve proper form, so I wouldn't hurt myself when doing it alone. His professionalism and attention to detail put me at instant ease, while is knowledge of the human body and of each exercise gave me great confidence in his skills. Ritz will not let you slouch your way through a session, I tried. He cares about your progress and about you achieving your goals.
After seeing Ritz work with his clients in person (via Instagram) I knew that his style of training would be a good fit for me. I wanted my workouts to be simple to follow, different than what I was used to, but nothing crazy/unnecessary, and most of all, effective. I needed someone knowledgeable to challenge me & also hold me accountable. I am a self-proclaimed serial program hopper, so having diversity in my program to keep me interested and having it fit into my schedule consistently so I didn't give up when I missed too many workouts was really important.
